Roger Mitchell

Partner

Roger has more than 15 years of experience in the events industry. He has held positions in catering, incentive travel management, meeting planning, destination management, rentals, and exposition services. With direct involvement in more than 800 events in his career, Roger is an asset on site at any type of event. Some of Roger’s most notable events include Super Bowl XLIII, Super Bowl XLIV, and Breeders Cup.

After spending the last 15 years learning the ins and outs of the industry, Roger was ready to begin his own chapter and partnered with Justin to start Red Oak.

Justin Cristiano

Partner

Justin spent a decade in the hospitality industry, including work as a project manager for a South Florida based event planning company. In that role, he took pride in creating one-of-a-kind experiences for every client. Justin led successful events for organizations both small and large.

After transitioning into a successful sales and marketing career working with multiple Fortune 500 companies, Justin decided to partner with Roger to form Red Oak, which allowed him to get back to his true passion: designing, producing, and managing extraordinary events.

Margie is a Certified Meeting Planner with a tremendous resume in the industry. With more than 20 years of meeting planning, event production, and venue management, she is particularly attuned to viewing every program and event through multiple lenses to the benefit of clients. Margie’s knowledge and experience combined with her commitment and dedication to service make her an invaluable team member.
